TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all ticket purchases for DARKFIELD experiences in Toronto, Canada. Tickets are sold through third-party platforms including Universe (Ticketmaster). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

NO REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by Canadian consumer law.

EXCHANGES
Ticket exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. All exchanges are subject to availability and at the discretion of Realscape Productions Inc.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS
If your session is canceled or postponed by us, you are entitled to reschedule or receive a full refund.

ARRIVAL AND LATE ENTRY
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session for check-in.
Latecomers cannot be admitted once the doors are closed. No refunds or reschedules are offered for missed sessions, your ticket only entitles you to a seat in your session.
We may be able to accommodate latecomers into the following session, but that will be subject to availability and at staff discretion.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or safety concerns. No refund will be issued in such cases.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
DARKFIELD experiences are recommended for ages 15 and up. Guests aged 13 and up may attend if accompanied by an adult. Guests under 13 will not be admitted.

HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDANCE
DARKFIELD experiences are held in complete darkness and include brief moments of sound and movement.
The experience is not physically intense, but may not be suitable for everyone. Please read and consider these warnings carefully when purchasing your tickets:

If you’re unsure, we recommend using your discretion.
By purchasing tickets, you confirm that you have read this guidance and shared it with others in your group.

CONCESSIONS AND ID VERIFICATION
If you purchase a student, senior, or other concession ticket, staff may request valid ID upon arrival. Failure to present ID may result in denied entry or an additional charge.

VENUE POLICIES
Our events take place in partnership with local venues. Guests must comply with all posted venue rules and regulations. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the location. Venue rules apply to personal belongings and prohibited items. Please follow all posted signage and staff instructions.

TRANSACTION FEES
All tickets may be subject to booking or transaction fees applied by Universe or other third-party ticketing suppliers.

TICKET RESALE
Tickets may not be resold above face value and any resale must comply with applicable laws. Unauthorised resale may result in cancellation without refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
No audio, video, or photography of the performance is permitted without prior written approval. The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by us for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in such material.

LIABILITY WAIVER
To the extent permitted by law, Realscape Productions Inc. is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during attendance. By participating, you waive any claims related to your experience except those arising from gross negligence.

PLATFORM TERMS & UNIVERSE OVERLAY
Your purchase of a ticket is also subject to the Universe Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these terms and Universe’s terms, Universe’s terms will prevail as they apply to actions on their platform. It is your responsibility to review Universe’s terms, including their refund policies, cancellation rights, and data handling provisions.
Universe may cancel, modify, or refund a transaction under its terms, even if you have already purchased a ticket.
